  : Location excellent.apartment spacious and light filled.
  : The booking process was overly complicated with several steps requiring proof of ID. The rental was not directly managed by booking.com but by a British rental firm hence the issues with access and payment. I was charged by both although I did get the refund after several phone calls. I was unable to get key codes easily as the link would not get beyond a certain point. As if this wasn't enough when we finally arrived the code which contained numbers as well as a plus sign and a comma did not work! Apparently two numbers had to be pressed simultaneously before the third. Luckily as another tenant was exiting we found out from him how to do it. The whole booking process and access was a nightmare. Then....we had to checkout online and the latest checkout on the link was 2.30am!!!! The times would not scroll down to 10.am which is when we left. In all..a great apartment but beware of the booking and access pitfalls.

  : The apartment had a very central position in Hereford. It was extremely clean and there was a bottle of milk in the fridge when we arrived.
  : We didn't like receiving an ultimatum for an extra 250 'damage deposit' two days before arrival without warning. On the Friday the keycode to the front door was changed during the day, meaning we arrived home in the dark, it was pouring with rain, only to find that we couldn't get in. (We had been in the cathedral all day and then out for a meal so our phones had been switched off); several phone calls, soaking wet and half-an-hour later we managed to get in. The apartment overlooks the main square but unfortunately the windows offered very little protection from the noise of people, vehicles and the market being set up and sleep was hard to achieve. There were too many pointless communications before arrival.

  : given wrong entrance code via email, extremely confusing security deposit service emails saying to pay only to open the aforementioned link and read dont pay until the day before your arrival or you may bd charged twice yet the emails continued for days prior to the trip asking me to pay it.the property was not the one advertised in the picturefelt insecure after realising the codes for each room are simply combination of the same three numbers we actually entered someone elses room and it was only after getting locked out from this room I luckily guessed the combination to get back in and retrieve our stuff before finding our actual room. very bad communication on someones part not to mention as previously stated it definitely wasnt the lovely quiet house advertised in the photos on bookings it was in fact an apartment in the middle of a high street filled with drunks. honestly I felt and still feel misled and mis-sold so wont be using this service ever again. 0/10

  : the location was good and the flat was well equipped and well managed
  : a coffee table would have been useful in the lounge area. the access code is changed weekly and we werent aware of that initially. would have been good to know what it was going to change to just before it is changed. it changed whilst one of us was out and didnt have any way to contact them.

  : Location wise it was perfect for what we needed for our stay , you can not be more central to Hereford. Try the Butter market, just 50 meters away Marks & Spencer's , Tesco's, Waitrose, costa coffee, beefy boys very good for good night out and all very walkable.
  : The noise was an issue. the Bells The Bells oh no the bells. Double glazing please. Didn't mind the the people having fun at night time but it was in January. Stairs there are too many you need a lift. It would have been nice to have a little bit more up to date info on the parking. just so people know you can drive into high town in the morning and afternoon hours only at certain times meaning you can unload luggage directly outside the apartment. That would have been nice to know please check.
