  : The room was dusty, which set off my allergies and hindered my sleep.There was NO HOT WATER. The hotel was housing council tenants if other rooms, one of whom told me he hadn’t had hot water for 3 days. With all due respect, not good enough. I was traveling for an event and after a long journey I was unable to have a shower before getting ready to head off to said event. I understand sometimes these things can’t be helped but in the event of no hot water I’d be expected to be told before arrival as I would have made other plans for where I stayed. Staff barely said 2 words to us upon arrival and reception opening times where very unsociable.
