  : Initial access via keylock a bit confusing as there was an empty keylock at the back. Very narrow road to gain access to parking space.

  : Location was great. Right in the heart of Harrogate. Everything was so easily accessible. Plenty of room for 4 people. Great facilities. Everything you need.
  : Parking space was great to have but access is tight- especially if you have a large estate car. Needed some manoeuvring to get to it.

  : Excellent central location, clean and well equipped.
  : Entry to the front door was awkward; the back wooden gate could not be opened from the outside because the wood was swollen; the temperature could not easily be controlled; there is only useful parking space for one car.

  : The living area was great, good kitchen facilities and comfy beds
  : very noisy upstairs occupants at 6.30 am and also late at night. Would have been useful to have some condiments - ie salt, pepper, sauces. Also would have been better to have a mirror in the back bedroom

  : Location for us was excellent. Lots of space.
  : A small thing - salt and pepper shakers! One and a half rolls of toilet paper for three adults for 6 days, had to buy more as well as kitchen towel. The two barking dogs and constant slamming doors were a little disturbing.

  : Location excellent for both town centre and train. Property was spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable and good quality fixtures in the kitchen. Didn't use TV but it was very big. Quiet location.
  : Lounge was spartan and furniture not very comfortable. Very cold the first evening and night because there was no heating and no way of putting it on, let alone controlling it. Heating came on in the early hours of the morning and was fine after that. Maybe misprogrammed, but it really was cold the first night. Parking is not easy - very narrow access road and I think you would struggle to get 2 cars in and out of the parking spot. Luckily there was only us staying.

  : The price paid was based on the location and parking. Central harrogate, easy to find, good location.
  : It is advertised as luxury, its not luxury, its basic, the shower room is tiny in comparison to the rest of the apartment and not very clean. In fact there was quite a few items that need attention both cleanliness and fixing. The furniture is showing signs of wear and the dining table is unsafe. We are asked to leave the apartment as we find, so I did! See photos of items that need attention. The apartment was cold and there was a damp smell in the back bedroom, I had to put all the towels in the dryer as they were still damp after laundering. There was one bin liner? And the shower room could have had better quality shower items and shampoo.

  : Great location, beautifully decorated, great facilities, fast internet.
  : Both bedroom carpets were full of dog wee stains.Was very off-putting and unhealthy in the bedroom. If it wasn't for this, we would give top marks and return again as we have family here.We have stayed in many dog friendly accommodations and have never encountered this.
