  : Plenty of space and lots of extras. Milk in the fridge, bottle of wine, coffee machine and coffee, ice packs in the freezer. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.
  : Nothing that the hosts can do about it but the roadside parking is very narrow with parking both sides of the road.

  : The location was excellent, cud park outside most of the time. Good neighbours and near to shops. Only 15 mins to Saltburn by car. Decor excellent, curtains and duvet covers beautiful.
  : Sofa bed too hard to sit on to watch tv. Outside wicker furniture uncomfortable, cups wobble on coffee table if not careful! Need instructions for cooker, dishwasher. Some wall fittings too delicate.

  : The house was very well presented, is well placed for town centre facilities and was lovely and clean. It was exactly what we were looking for as a base to visit some family members. The street the house is located on is quiet and family oriented. The house is well stocked, with facilities such as a coffee machine, a lovely bath and shower an a nice garden out back. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Overall Id recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a peaceful place to stay.
  : The only problem was that I could not get the internet to work. The Wi-Fi network that was stated on the email did not appear to be available, and the router lights were flashing. A quick google seemed to indicate the was a problem with the connection. I suspect youll need to connect a computer to the router using a direct Ethernet cable to properly diagnose the issue.This was a minor problem though as we had data on our phones.

  : Perfectly situated very near the town centre and close to the friends we were visiting. Spacious and well equipped with everything we could have wanted - we could easily have catered in the modern and well appointed kitchen had we not been going out each day and evening. The street was quiet and felt safe and the owner was attentive and helpful, responding immediately to the one small problem we encountered.
  : There was nothing to complain about. It's true that the decor is a little basic and the living room furniture could be a bit more comfortable, but it is perfectly adequate and served us well.
