  : The cottage is well located with easy access to the North Yorkshire moors and coast. It is also located in a pretty square with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Parking wasnt a problem for us as we were out most of the day. Small but clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen for a short stay. Good quality bed linen and towels and thoughtful touches throughout.
  : It would have been good to have some basic cleaning materials - washing up liquid , cloth etc. Impractical to buy for a short stay.

  : Location is perfect, very comfy bed, facilities were fab, WiFi great. Really appreciated the welcome basket. Very good comms from Jeanette.
  : We prefer showers to a bath, and it's quite tricky to get the temperature right, but we fully expected this upon booking so no real problem

  : We liked the location, and the ease of parking. The fish and chip shop round the corner came in useful! The cottage was well appointed and made very good use of the space available. The bed was comfortable. It was good to have Netflix etc.
  : We are in our late 70s and the bath was not ideal, though manageable with the steps provided. The armchair backing on to the work surface needed care when you sat down and leaned back.

  : Wife could have done with a walk in shower as she struggled trying to get in the tall bath
