  : Location perfect for a beach holiday simple and easy within a short walk to the beach so family child friendly
  : The bed in the adult room on the double bed was smelly so I slept in the lounge on the sofa, the childs bedroom also smelt of a strong urine smell with the door shut, we decided to move to another hotel after the first night, we had booked and pre paid for 3 nights here but was'nt happy with the hygiene situation so moved on sadly.

  : the property is in a brilliant position, close to the beach and the other towns if u need them. it does have everything u need for an ok stay.
  : could do with updating. the bed was covered in dog hair so I didnt sleep in it, luckily I took my sleeping bag and slept in that on the kids bunk bed which looked cleaner.

  : 2 min walk to lovely beach perfect all year round for dog walking pub and nice cafe near by everyone very friendly beach not over crowded we all really enjoyed our stay would go back there
  : Probably not as much to do for younger children but the beach so close and Yarmouth near by it was great for us and our dog chalet had everything we needed and very clean

  : The location was convenient for all local attractions, and especially for the beach, which was only a 5-10 minute walk. On-site facilities, that we used, were good, and the staff were friendly. Strange to say, the refuse management was very good.
  : The chalet could have done with a little bit of TLC in general internally. You are also a bit of a hostage to what your 'neighbours' are like (it is one of eight in a quadrangle - and one set of occupants weren't particularly pleasant), and there was nowhere on site to dispose of 'doggie landmines'.
