  : We had a lovely comfortable stay at Flaxton House. Very central and close to Holker Hall and Cartmel.
  : The very narrow drive way. Poor television reception.

  : Good location and view,good facilities and utensils all provided.
  : Was quite a few pet hairs still on the floors and furniture when we arrived and we felt the check out time was unnecessarily early.Also the fridge smelled unpleasant.

  : Great location as only a short walk in to town. The flat was light, spacious and airy.
  : The sound proofing! Unfortunately we could hear the neighbour upstairs playing loud music until late.

  : Location in centre of Grange Over Sands was excellent. Easy walk to shops and the promenade. Views of Morecombe Bay from lounge. Spacious double bedroom with masses of wardrobe space and views of a pretty front garden. Very good central heating. There is a great butchers opposite the property and Grange has several independent food shops/delis and a good bakery a short walk away from the property and in the same road.
  : Some noise from flat upstairs. Unable to park our campervan at back of property in allocated space because drive too narrow, so we had to keep moving the van during the day as only one hour parking in road from 9am to 6pm

  : The parking....tight to get in...but a nightmare to get out....need to leave space to turn into...or demolish or use the garage to park a car....for this reason I will not be revisiting..
