  : it was a really quiet location with off road parking for 2 cars. it looks like its been recently renovated with nice modern decor. it was great to have the weather to enjoy the big outdoor space!

  : Mould in bathroom, doors did not fit door frame, no Wifi password left attempted to contact host with mobile off. Kitchen not well equipped. Small TV but advertised with large flat screen this was not the case. Small single beds.

  : Location was good for where we needed to be for a horse and carriage picnic in Skipwith.
  : Seating area not very good, comfy for 4 people. It wasn't very clean. No cooking trays in oven. Booked with booking.com, had to sign agreement with places to stay. Had to contact owner for key code and message to say she had not received payment it was stressful, with booking and constant emails, not as simple as when i have booked with booking. Com previously. We took my mum for her birthday she was diagnosed with terminal cancer so area needed to be cleaner.
