  : It was reasonably spacious with two smart TVs, one TV in the living room and another in the bedroom.The kitchen facilities were decent, very tiny but ok kitchen with all the basic appliances needed.The staff was pleasant over the phone and let us check in early. There was also an iron and an
  : Several things need to be looked into, such as the furniture in the lounge, the bathroom & kitchen need to be refurbished and modernized.The shower was very tiny.There was a strong unpleasant smell in the lounge and kitchen. The road to the accommodation needs repair and the garden area is not very well kept. We had to squeeze through the sides of a muddy puddle to get into the compound where you're met with a bushy, unkempt area before getting to the door The place just generally had an old, outdated, worn out appearance, not classy or modern at all.There was no switch or any way of controlling the living room heater. It would sometimes be off for long periods and the place would be uncomfortably cold.

  : I liked how friendly the hosts were. Location was good, flat was clean but it seemed to have had a recent flood/water damage so there were a very small amount of issues although we managed ok with them
  : Batteries had run out for the lounge tv but it wasn't a big issue as we went for the location not to watch a screen. There had been some water damage but it didn't impact us much. Overall the flat is ideal for location and we would book again if we returned.

  : The bed was comfortable. It appears to be able to sleep at least 4 people.
  : The entrance is a bit tricky to find, and not well lit in the evenings. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are not of the same standard as the bedroom. It was very cold when I arrived.

  : Location was okay as it was next to hamden park
  : Flat was damp, woodlice everywhere, kitchen floor was very slopy and uneaven, lights in both kitchen and bedroom were flashing so not acceptable for people with epilepsy. Kitchen tap was very very loose and needs replacing. If you were pregnant and having an uneaven floor throughout would make you very dizzy and feel nauseous when walking around because of the flooring

  : Being in a basement it meant that it was very cool during the hot weather when we were there.Hosts we happy to pay for the cleaning supplies we had to supply.
  : There was mold in the kitchen and bathroom, cobwebs all over the ceilings. Faulty lights in the bedroom and the floors creaked both in the flat and the flat above a lot.
