WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 6 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for £6 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for £12 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform House of Fisher- Solstice House Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
Payments will be requested via a secure online payment system. Security questions may be asked to verify the payment.

Guests must be aged 21 years or older.

Guests are required to send a copy of their photo identification for each guest staying at the property prior to arrival as there is no reception located at the property.
