  : The staff couldnt be lovelier and couldnt fault the breakfast, it was amazing and good choice of items on the menu.
  : Turned up to the property at around 12pm where the venue was closed with no lights on (note that we we not aware that the pub venue was having a refurbishment at the time of us staying so information that we received prior was therefore void with regard to checking in and evening food). There was a number on the door to call for assistance - this number was unavailable all day including when we were allowed to check in, to which we had to bang on the door for around 25 minutes until we got somebodys attention.When we finally get in the venue, as much as the staff were incredibly friendly and apologetic, they didnt know the check-in procedures and we had to sit and search through our own booking to find which room we were in and provide all our information again.Now onto the room the biggest catfish of a b&b Ive ever stayed. The photos you see online are not representative of what you see when you arrive. Half of the facilities shown are not there which also included no hand soap, so you can probably guess what else wasnt in there. Room wasnt the cleanest and walls/furniture were a little tiredness. Things like the tack-strip for the carpet was visible and the curtains werent long enough for the window by around 6inches.What you dont know is that there is a pub a few doors down that is the local night club at night and with the thin windows, you might as well be at the pub too with them all.The shower didnt drain properly and was overflowing into the bathroom and then got the second day we didnt have any hot water at all.To be fair to the staff, they were very apologetic and said that we were not the first people to complain or say the same thing. We asked to speak to the manager and turns out both the manager and owner were both on holiday so I couldnt be contacted or given a refund until they were back - days after we left. I did ask for them to give me a call to discuss to which they didnt and I had to chase.

  : The bar area is OK but the accommodation is very tired and the whole place could do with a deep clean and repaint. We had a twin room which shared a toilet and shower room with 2 other bedrooms. I didnt realise this when booking.

  : The pub was closed most of the time, no food on sight & the carpet in the room & on the stairs was tired, the chair in the room were stained & only one toilet roll.

  : 370 for 2 nights no hot food bar closed at 8pm the only bonus was the location, bed was far to soft shower was boiling hot or boiling hot, asked for more loo roll got nothing :( wont stay again

  : The selection of continental breakfast was very good. The staff were very professional.The bed was very comfortable.The shower was powerful even though the taps have been fitted back to front.
  : The King room doesn't have a bathroom. It uses a room across a corridor and not connected to the room.Also it's not a bathroom it's a shower room with a shower door that leaks water.The room was on the top floor, 4 flights of stairs. Two where lights were not working on sensors at night.Room paintwork is beginning to look tired around the window with a leak stain on the ceiling.Could do with a net curtain at the bottom of the window as opposite is a public area and not very private.

  : Location was close to marina
  : There was a lack of overall care of the property. It was tatty and stair carpet looked very unclean. It was noisy inside with creaky floorboards upstairs and noisy water pump. The garden is not an attractive outlook. It all felt run down as if they were about to close down. Staff were friendly though.
