  : It was for 1 night sleep after the Pink Concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The proprietor was kind enough to give us an extra hour to check out when I initially made the reservation. Instead of 10: we were allowed to check out at 11:00 as we had a two hour drive for the journey home, so needed the extra rest. On arrival I mentioned the the person that checked us in that a late check out was approved, I also told him I had a confirmation message on my Booking.com app.
  : The cleaning lady was very rude to me. She knocked very loudly on my door at 10:00 which woke me up and told me I should be gone by now. I told her I arranged for a later checkout at 11:00 and she said there is no such thing as a late check out. I said it was arranged and I had confirmation. She said she is going to find out. She knocked again about 15 minutes later and said there is no late checkout and if we stay, we have to pay her £10 extra. I said I have proof on my phone and when my phone is charged I will show her the message. I also told her I booked the hotel with Booking. com and the message was through booking. com. She replied that they don't use booking.com!!!!! We got ready and left the room without the extra sleep we needed and feeling very angry to be disturbed in such a rude manner. I came out of the room and she in another room opposite my room. My phone was now charged and I showed her the message from my Booking.com app. She read the correspondence and just said OK in a very rude manner. I would have expected at an apology as she got it totally wrong and actually ruined our stay. Her tone and mannerism from the offset was very rude, blunt, unfriendly with no customer service skills at all. In fact she appeared to be irate with me for being in my room which I paid for. She was clueless to my reservation. I don't think I will be going back because of her very rude attitude.
