A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 for stays of up to 4 nights, and of GBP 300 for longer stays, is required 48 hours prior to arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
