A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that all guests must arrange their arrival with the property at least 24 hours before their check-in date – there is no reception facility at this property.

Check-in after 20:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 20, or a GBP 40 fee after 23:00. This is subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

When booking, please make sure to list the mobile/cell phone number that you will be using when you travel.

Payment before arrival by card is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
