In the heart of Eastbourne's Theatreland The Mowbray occupies a prime position on the corner of an elegant Edwardian terrace connecting the seafront with the theatres and conference centres. This family-run guesthouse overlooks Devonshire Park and the International Tennis Courts just a stone's throw from the beach and the promenade and only a short distance from the town centre. All of the en suite rooms are front facing with some enjoying views of the rolling South Downs. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player.

Taking great pride in the stylish décor cleanliness friendly atmosphere and home cooked food the resident owners Darren and Laura provide excellent value for money and a personal service. The Mowbray received the Les Routiers Guest House of The Year 2016.
