Built in 1790 Sea Beach House is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from Eastbourne Pier offering free Wi-Fi full English breakfasts and tea gardens. Room service with light lunches and snacks is available and in the summer months a more extensive menu is offered in the tea gardens. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:30 and a pre-booked 3-course evening menu is available.
At Sea Beach House each room has en suite bathroom facilities with bathrobes and free toiletries. They also all have a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities and some have sea views. Guests can enjoy water activities such as water-skiing surfing and sailing in Eastbourne and Eastbourne Rail Station is less than 20 minutes’ walk away from the guest house.
