: Lovely cottage with stunning countryside views. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed breakfast at the Bistro.
: Track up to cottage needs some attention, lots of ruts and potholes. Not a great exit out of main gate, as on a corner and can't see traffic coming on main road at speed. Perhaps a mirror on other side of road might help.

: Perfectly located so that you feel completely isolated away from the hustle and bustle but only 10mins away by far to nearest restaurants and shops etc. Absolutely Stunning scenery.

: We loved the location of the Gardner's House. It felt very rural, with a beautiful view of Tinto Hill. We loved that we had a picturesque, fairly short walk to the lovely, licensed restaurant, which is Dog Friendly. The staff are super friendly. The beds very very comfortable. It is a very spacious cottage and would suit a family, however my wife, myself and our little dog enjoyed being in a Spacious, Peace filled place.
: The cottage is in need of fresh decoration. There is obviously some damp in the walls. The wallpaper in the sitting room is peeling off the walls, with damp patches. This didn't ruin our stay, as we were so in need of a lovely, quiet, peaceful break away with our dog.

: comfortable very spacious 3 good size bedrooms very light warm upstairs beautiful views miles miles & miles of pure countryside fabulous location
: it's quite a dated property but all amenities were perfect think it could just be updated which would make it then great value for money
