Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is no reception desk at this property.

The property will contact guests with a contract prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the security verification prior to arrival.

Please note that the check-in and key-collection will be done in person by one of the property's team at a time agreed in advance, unless alternative check-in arrangements are agreed upon.

Mid-stay cleaning and fresh linen is required for stays of more than 7 nights at an additional cost of GBP 15 per hour + GBP 10 per guest.

Early and late check-in is subject to availability. A charge of GBP 50 applies before 15:00 and after 20:00. Late check-out is subject to availability for a charge of GBP 50.

In case of a third-party booking, the property requests a signed declaration by the cardholder with a copy of ID and credit card used for the booking, in order to authorize another person to check-in on their behalf.
