  : Prebooked breakfast which took 43 minutes to arrive and then without the tea. We had to leave it as had somewhere to be. Service was atrocious as it wasn’t even busy. Saw a member of staff start her shift by making herself a coffee before doing anything- when people are waiting ages for food and drinks

  : Staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and breakfast was very good. The scottish full breakfast was epic! The little play area even though not bog kept the little ones entertained whilst the grown ups ate :-)
  : Questionable stains on the wall by the bed in room 4 and on the sheets. We didn't get in till 0030 and the night porter let us in kindly so we couldnt ask about it, next day we were at a wedding and came back latye and the same sheets were on the bed still stained. Again, we were very late in so didn't and couldn't really say anything. We thought it might be noticed when the room was serviced. Also, was very hot and the air con didn't go lower than 19o and wasn't very strong. Also, not their fault but we had people smoking and chatting at all hours outside our ground floor window which was right next to the front door.

  : Had to book last minute and room was good sized.
  : Quite dated, the bathroom needed an update and the walls felt quite grubby. It was quite hot and noisy. The soap and shampoo in the bathroom was so terribly scented to be nearly unusable.
