  : Iv never seen before such a filthy hotel I think maybe they should close this hotel as soon as possible because too many bugs filthy and unfriendly staff too also no breakfast just bread and water instant coffee the cups filthy our room carpet filthy no soap no toilet tissue no duvet no and really filthy full of bugs after when we left the hotel because we stayed just 2 nights my partner caught covid 19 from the hotel room its really very bad the owner should be in prison and close the hotel ...We want our money back we had a very bad experience with hotel and awful a real nightmare ....Compensation to follow because we still suffer from the hotel filthy you cant believe it at all.

  : The hotel looked very shabby and run down. Reception was not immediately obvious and there was no member of staff in sight. Was taken to my room eventually to find it was not what I had booked. I was told the double room with balcony I had paid for was not available and I would have to have a cheaper, smaller room with a single bed and no balcony. The room was dirty, no pillows or towels and the window opposite the door to my room was smashed and covered with cardboard. The staff were disinterested and when I expressed that I was upset about the room and felt like booking elsewhere, I was basically told 'we haven't had your money yet so if you want to do that go ahead'. I did, and I have since emailed this hotel expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund. I have heard nothing from them.

  : We arrived and the hotel was shut for the winter. Therefore we had to arrange alternative accommodation for the night and return the next day.A refund from you would be gratefully appreciated.I look forward to hearing from you.
