  : There was a shower issue in the bathroom which was never fixed lost some good time due to that

  : Good location, lovely view from sea view room. issue raised was resolved within 30 mins. Comfy beds. Clean.
  : Poor finish in bathroom such as sharp areas around sink, bathroom door handle and lock can see old holes around them and the chipboard within door. Bathroom window broken and doesn't close, bedroom windows draughty. Lamp in sofa area finally came on over an hour after we actually turned it on. Never anyone in reception so left standing for a while. Phone is never answered despite calling 5 times to raise an issue of no water pressure (which did get resolved). External works were underway and we're due to continue late into the evening, but were stopped after we raised concerns as we have a young child and was already 7pm.
