  : The only negative was the parking. Only space for 1 car. The space itself was plenty big enough....manoeuvring to the property itself was a trauma!!!

  : The house was very lovely, beautifully decorated and kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment.Hosts were very friendly and always available to message.Such a great location being only a 10 minute taxi from Llandudno centre.
  : The only downside to the house was that the parking out back was quite tight!

  : The communication was great and when we arrived, there were some little snacks and treats. Plenty of cleaning products and a nice little yard out back for the dog to hang out in. We enjoyed the bedrooms. They were fresh and clean, and the bathroom was very modern. Parking was ok. Our toyota CH-R managed the tight driveway alright . We walked to the beach and down to rhos one day. (It is quite far, however. About 40/45 min each way). The phenrynside arms was great. We got beer and pizza one night but check the website as there were a couple of nights they didnt do food.
  : The check in and check out times are 5pm and 10am respectively which feels a little ungenerous. A little earlier, say 3pm, feels less like its eating into your day. 11am check out would make all the different given we were on holiday. Aside from this, there was nothing not to like.

  : Well presented. Location was nearby many attractions.
  : No shampoo and soap in shower. There were spider webs in a few places before we arrived. Was not easy to find the location.

  : The location and the house is beautiful. Very clean and everything there to accommodate a family of 6.
  : There is a very narrow driveway but this adds to the beauty of the house.
