  : It was a very hot night in the mini heat wave, we could have done with the window opening wider but we did have a fan provided which saved the night.

  : Great hospitality from owner, food and quantity exceptional. Big car park right next to property . Definitely stay again
  : Very small basin in bathroom, fan wasn't working which led to slight dampness in air. Sadly towel rail on central heating so towels were damp.Definitely stay again but in a different room with more accommodating bathroom

  : Handbasin is too small and bathroom lacks accessible shelving.

  : The warm welcome received from Andrew the owner, the high standard of fixtures and fittings in the room. The additional extras such as Alexa, small fridge with fresh milk and the gift of fudge were very nice touches to receive.Finally, the breakfast was the best we have ever had from any hotel or guest house we have stayed at and they also accommodated my gluten free diet. Thank you for a really lovely stay.
  : We would have marked it as 10 - exceptional, except for the bed. It was comfortable, but it was noisy. Even laying their breathing, it made a noise. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.

  : Breakfast and evening were excellent with plenty of choice. The room was well presented and contained everything that was needed for our stay. The host was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Overall an excellent place to stay in North Devon.

  : The property was modern, clean and the rooms were very spacious.The pricing was great Value for money, the breakfast and available options are incredible and the owners were extremely accommodating, kind and helpful.
  : It wasnt an issue that would impact on any stay but the shower was a little small for my 6 foot 4 husband (but that isnt the fault of the property!)
