  : The property is in the centre of Coleford so once you park you can explore easily on foot. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel so you do not need to go far in the evenings. The rooms have tea making facilities, en-suite, closet space and are a reasonable size. The rooms are on the upper 2 floors and accessible by stairs only. Breakfast is included and the selection, while not massive, is very nice. You state exactly what you want so there is no waste.
  : The price includes breakfast. The food is pre-cooked and kept warm probably for quick service BUT the warn food is put on a cold plate so it is cold before you are done eating. The toast and pancakes were not hot enough to melt butter which is cold out of the fridge if you eat first thing. The food could be hotter and it definately needs to go on a very warm plate.

  : Great, quirky hotel with spacious family room, comfy beds and friendly staff.Excellent breakfast served downstairs - yum!
  : Family room overlooked the main street - very noisy on a Saturday night into the early hours (ear plugs needed!).Also, the large floor level window (next to double bed) opens wide onto a small balcony overlooking street - would be easy for young children to open and get out if not being watched - be careful!

  : A net curtain for the bedroom window overlooking the street would have been good especially as theres a bus stop outside with people on double deckers looking in!

  : This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel. I chose it again because of the location. Also the bed was comfortable and the room and en-suite were clean. This I'm pleased to say was the same this time too. The breakfast room and service was a 100% better than my previous visit.
  : The window frame was in need of a coat of paint. There were a few stains on the carpet, which the hoovering would not have removed. In the bathroom the floor covering which went a few inches up the wall was coming away from the wall in places.
