  : Great location, lovely clean room with big bed. Welcoming and friendly staff. Would definately return.
  : Room was very warm. Floor boards are noisy so could hear late night revellers return to their room above but this is to be expected of older property and was minor issue compared with overall lovely stay. Including breakfast in price and car parking should be considered.

  : The location was fantastic, especially if travelling into the area car free, you can walk to any shops, restaurants bars as its central Chichester. The hotel was in a good state though our room had a water damaged patch on the ceiling it wasn't overly noticeable. (its an old building) The Décor was well thought through and nice rooms with enough space. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding!
  : I was not too happy that the trash got taken out late at night so quite loud if you are asleep with the window open may wake you up. The hotel was very expensive I am not sure it needed to be that expensive, and the things in your room are NOT free they will just bill you for those once you have left with out telling you. The reason I thought they were free was because when we checked in the receptionist said things in the room are complimentary and I saw no billing or price list. Considering the hotel was so expensive I therefore thought things where complimentary. Be aware they do not accept apple pay so make sure you have taken your bank card!!

  : Location in high street near shops &theatre & history of building.
  : The fire escape so close to my room window. Room 9 I locked the window at night.The coffee machine tricky. Only managed to succeed in getting a coffee with 1 of 3 pods.I’d prefer to have coffee sachets , together with the tea bags. Took me a while to find the tray with the kettle etc .
