  : Property is a little tired. Could do with sprucing up. On the other hand, it was good value for the money. Kitchen lacking in some basic utensils, e.g. tin opener doesn't work.

  : The beach was fine.
  : There was no heat! We arriwed afternoon to a completely cold house, and there was only to small heaters, not enough for such a place. We contacted the bureau 4 times, and nothing happened. We will never come back.

  : no breakfast involved,self catering. Location was fine.
  : Not clean, not a good idea to cook a curry meal 1/2 hour before your guests arrive, place stank for days and we could not use the microwave. Shower is lethal going from freezing to scalding hot and back in about 15 seconds, health hazard.Ordinary hot water for sinks etc packed up after 3 days. Place had not been cleaned, cleaner was told it was a late booking!11 days between booking and occupation? Hoover would be useful, especially as it was supposed to be dog friendly.We realise it was a private landlord and out of your control.

  : Good location.Short walk to the beach. Lots of dog friendly pubs in the area.
  : The accommodation was disappointing. Not very clean, cobwebs in lounge area. The small tables had not been wiped clean from previous guests. The oven and baking trays were dirty. The oven cooker hood, outside lights or light over bath did not work and mould in bathroom. General maintenance is lacking.The outside area photos on the website is different to how it is now. The soffits and fascias need attention and outside fencing is is in need of repair.The main bed is comfortable, but there is damp in the bedroom which resulted in the second bed feeling damp. Great to have towels provided.The kitchen equipment is basic, but adequate.The location of Medmerry Park is good, it is quiet with adequate parking and close to the beach.

  : Loved the location and the chalet was really comfortable and contained everything that was needed.
  : Furniture and outside of the chalet could do with a bit of an update/make-over.

  : The beds mattress was so old me and my family of 3 kids couldn't sleep all night. The host was helpful when I told hot water not working it was fixed by 1 hour. Only mattress need to be changed.
