  : Good size downstairs. Good kitchen facilities
  : Id asked property owner if we could drop bags in earlier than 4pm. They said yes. I messaged and Whattsapp to say wed be there at 2pm, they acknowledged this but when we got there the key box was empty. No answer on any of their three phone numbers. Eventually through booking dot com the cleaner let us in. We dropped bags and left as we needed to be elsewhere for work. On returning later that evening the place was freezing. No heaters turned on and two windows open. Made for an unpleasant hour until place heated up. Main bedroom with en-suite has a very very low bed! Neither bedroom has a mirror in Downstairs bathroom has dim lighting, no good for doing make up! Blinds are tricky to make work. One heater didnt work. Sofas are very soft to sit in. Some redecorating and new carpets needed.

  : - Cost of hot tub 150 extra for laz-y blow up hot tub for 2 nights use, not advised of high extra charge upon booking so this was nearly an extra 50% on top of our booking. Would have also expected for this price a higher quality hot tub.- No instructions for hot tub so used it the first day and the next day it was cold took 5 hours to heat up a further 4degrees- Directions awful send you 4 miles away, Google maps link for the house doesnt work- No outside lighting and difficult to find lights when entered house- Work Vans parked next to airbnb when in hot tub, we had to ask them to move and noticed they were talking to owners before hand who did not ask for the work van to move: lack of privacy- Smell in downstairs bathroom of mold and damp- Tea towel instead of hand towel in downstairs bathroom- Tiny bit of wood for log burner and no instructions where to find further wood- Broken toiletries left in bathroom- No bin bags for rubbish- Mold in bathroom sink upstairs- Sink upstairs not draining properly & shower broken- ? Large punch marks large holes on walls downstairs: looks bad- Workmen working on other side of building knocking on walls hear them speaking clearly- Larger bedroom; bed uncomfortable very hard mattress and cheap pillows with large holes in carpet- Small second bedroom only big enough for one person and no table lamps only main light- Only a few towels provided: not enough for one for bathroom/ one for hot tub each and very small- Looks rural and private from photos but is at the back of main house and their garage is opposite property so shared drive and spaces which was not described in advert & cars driving past whilst in hot tub. Wouldnt say rural at all.
