WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 5 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for £30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 3 courses and a side dish from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Parking is available at £5/night either in the on-site car park or via digital permit parking on Parabola Road. Please inform our team at check-in to register your vehicle in either parking facility. Car parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance.

Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms - Club rooms or higher category- for a charge of GBP 20 per night. Please notify the hotel in advance.
