: It would be useful to send check-in details the day before guests arrive. Secondly when driving it is best to tell guest that the entrance to the apartment is via Glebe Road as we got lost a few times with the Satnav until we decided to park the car and walk. But once we found it everything was great

: Was very cosy and clean. Was lovely and warm and appreciated that the cleaners opened the windows for when we came in due to it being hot.
: There was a box of gone off eggs left and there was a dirty cupboard under the sink but besides that everything was perfect and was given an apology after reporting it.

: Location was good. Less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. Modern spacious apartment.
: Last occupants had been smokers, so there was a stale cigarette smoke smell throughout the apartment. The curtains in the living room were very poor quality. Very difficult to use. At one point, the door to the bedroom wouldn't open and the door was jammed in the frame, we had to manouever it open. Some cutlery and plates were dirty before we had even used them. Key codes for entering the building changed a few times while we were there with no mention of this from the host.
