  : Location. Good television with access to a range of channels and programs.
  : Beds very uncomfortable, springs dug into us. No plug or basin for kitchen sink. Caravan had a dog smell especially in back double bedroom which we were surprised about as caravan is deep cleaned after pet stays.

  : Location was good, caravan was OK, nice welcome pack when we arrived. Quiet site apart from road noise
  : Smelt of dogs, beds uncomfortable, no plug in sink, dirty t towel left and no spare, was told to park up on arrival and walk down to get key n fob from key safe box only no fob in there so had to go and ask someone to give us code for barrier, after speaking to owner of caravan he said he knew there was no fob? So why not just give us barrier number in the first place?I went and bought tea towels n wash up bowl was told I would be refunded for them, (still waiting) Crumbs on settee, cups not washed properly all stained. Patio furniture cushions left out so wet through and couldn't then sit out.Throws in lounge area smelt of dog as did the cushionsBlind in kitchen fell down when I went to open it, and blind in lounge broke.No hoover or mop to clean up.TV in bedroom didn't work.No resturant or pool on site it's on the other site across main road.In my opinion I would sack off the cleaners and get someone else in, also regular maintenance checks need to be done. I think this caravan is overpriced for what and where it is.It's also noisy with motorway traffic.

  : A peaceful location. Perfect base to explore the Lake District. The caravan was fantastic, very homely and clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Didnt have any problems finding the site, the caravan was very clean and had all the facilities and everything required for an enjoyable trip
  : The cleaners turning up at 1015 demanding we leave so they can clean, we were packing up the car and nearly ready to go. We left at 1020 so they shouldnt have been hostile

  : Beds were extremely uncomfortable swimming pool had to be paid for even though it stated it was free on booking.com would not have booked if I had known the pool had to be paid for each day! Very annoying

  : Tea kettle full of lime scale . Having to pay to use indoor pool . Wi-Fi wasnt great .

  : A fantastic place in a really good spot. Information from the owner was spot on and they were on hand when we had a slight issue with getting the car park barrier and Wi-Fi to work!!
  : The beds were really uncomfortable, the stay would have been a 10/10 if the mattresses were upgraded!

  : The living room was nice and cozy. All the necessities were provided. Complimentary vine and crisps were there.
  : We didn't get the key to open the gate so on our arrival we couldn't park our car by the lodge. Thankfully a friendly neighbor gave us a code so we could get through the gate,because the owner didn't respond to calls or messages.Beds were what i assume cheapest ones in ikea, impossible to sleep in them. Did everything that was asked from us when leaving the lodge but yet it's been 2 months and i still haven't gotten my deposit back. 0 communication.

  : The caravan was exceptionally well equipt, everything and more that you would want. The park is so lovely and quiet no arcades, with teenage boys who love fishing it was ideal and the younger kids could play on the large balcony, very relaxing stress free stay
  : Couldn't find a dust pan and brush, and with 5 children, we needed one, no shops in the area to purchase one either.
