  : House was a good location and good size for a big group and for the price we got it for I'd recommend. Bathrooms, kitchen and location are a big plus for this.
  : The beds/mattresses were quite cheap and not comfortable at all. The sofas in the lounge have seen better days. I think it would be better to have twin beds in each room and make them up as doubles if needed as I'd assume the majority of people visiting will be groups.

  : The accommodation and facilities are excellent, spacious and comfortable for a large family with all needs met. Very convenient location ensures easy reach to many tourist attractions and shops. A very enjoyable experience!

  : The location was excellent, Only a few minutes from Caernarfon. The rooms were very spacious and clean. There were two lounges to sit and relax in and the kitchen was a good size.The hot water was lovely and hot for showers.Plenty of parking available.Lots of information on local sitesIt was very quiet and relaxing.A beautiful part of the country not to be missed
  : Due to weather in the evenings, we stayed in a bit but not many channels available on the tv.No shaver socket available..They were the only down points i can think of.

  : The farmhouse was located perfectly for our planned trip. It was very clean and tidy, facilities were excellent, it had a lovely homely feel and catered perfectly for our needs. Hot water was always available considering we were a party of 6. The farmhouse was located near a quaint village pub that served a range of meals at a good price. The welcome book provided us with good local information and there was also a good selection of advertising leaflets. We had an enjoyable stay at the farmhouse and would recommend it to anyone. We look forward to staying there again.
  : The WI-FI at times was not very good, which was only an issue for my teenage son.
