  : The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower worked well and all was clean. The breakfast was great and the evening meal in the restaurant also first rate. Service in the restaurant was very good.
  : The room I booked was supposed to have a city view. It didn't - it faced into a closed paved area between the hotel and two other buildings. Our room was in one of these supplementary buildings. I had expressly not booked a room on the ground floor but this room was on the ground floor. It was also right next to the door to the building. So, when a succession of rowdy people returned to their rooms between 12.30 and 1.30 am, they made a loud noise opening and closing the door to the building, waking me up and keeping me awake. They also stood outside in front of our window most of the night shouting at each other and smoking but I realise that was just bad luck. I do think, though, the hotel should be more honest about the location of their rooms. I would not have chosen to stay on the ground floor of a completely different building right next to the front door.

  : Attractive comfortable hotel. Well located close to the cathedral and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Staff helpful. Good range of well prepared breakfast options. Very pleasant stay.
