  : Pillows uncomfortable, beds too small as singles (we are used to King Size) Lack of crockery, only 5 of cups, plates etc Had to keep washing up, when dishwasher provided

  : Location was very good, and very quiet House was clean and well presented Plenty of parking on site Everything needed was provided Showers were good
  : We were the first to stay after a National lockdown, so the house was cold and took a while to warm up There were no shallow pillows These are minor things really, and didn't impact our stay - the house was lovely and we had a great stay

  : The bed was extremely comfy, and the place was very spacious and had loads of board games for us to play. It also had a smart TV, and was in an excellent location for walking.
  : There was no shower gel/soap provided, but we hadn't been told to bring our own. Also, instructions for finding the property would be helpful, as it was extremely hard to find (especially in the dark) and we had to go into the hotel to find out where it was.

  : The cottage was lovely and had everything you needed. The kitchen was well equipped, spacious and had everything right down to clips for food bags and clingfilm etc. Thank you very much for the lovely bottle of bubbles, that was very much enjoyed. The rooms were decorated in a homely way and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern. The garden was huge and a wonderful place to relax in and the kids to burn off some energy. The cottage was next to the campsite, which you can walk through to access the new forest. Such a beautiful area to walk or cycle in. The cottage was 5 minutes drive to centre of Brockenhurst, which has lots of f&b, supermarket and shops to explore.
