  : The bed linen and towels were very clean. Nice to have a drink in the pub garden. Location.

  : Staff very friendly.Single room had a bath with plenty of hot water.Half the price of other accom on Bristol and there is probably a good reason for that.
  : In Worcester i stayed in Wetherspoons hotel for £60..great value and great quality.This place was same cost but NO comparison. Kettle had to be placed on floor to reach socket. Graffiti all over the headboard. Sash window broken. Carpet badly worn. Wetherspoons 10. Greene King 2.

  : Excellent location in beautiful Clifton. Very attractive building with good size beer garden.
  : Room a little small and tired although it didn't bother us and it suited us for a couple of nights. We were out and about most of the time anyway.

  : Location very good and our family room had ample space. All except one member of staff we met were very friendly and helpful, but over the 3weeks we were there serving staff seemed to change a lot. Room staff were very good.
  : Quality of pub food was average and one male bar staff lacked interpersonal skills.

  : Room was larger than expected, which was a nice surprise. Good shower, comfortable bed, excellent wifi. Location was perfect for me, walking distance to my work event, and close to Clifton Downs.
  : Only small unpleasantness was one staff’s throwaway comment about thinking they’d misheard my name (and then repeating it back to me exactly how I had said it—literally the only difference being a half-second less drawn out vowel!) I likely don’t elongate my vowels as much as one might in the West of England, but that doesn’t mean I’ve got my own name wrong. While I know this is not an intentional slight, it does have the feel of “oh this is how you should have said your name” and that’s an uncomfortable experience.
