: It was right in the middle of the Laines and where my daughter is going to school. The place was very lovely and we could easily relax after moving her in. Thank you.
: I wish I was able to have access earlier. This would have saved so much commotion. Thank you for all of your help. I truly appreciated it. I know I will need to come again and I will certainly request this Flat again.

: The toilet seat was broken, lacking some cups and the frying pan needs replacing.The shower only ran hot water, I couldnt make it cooler.

: Location and a car parking space
: Shockingly low quality, horrendously so for price. Clue was in the chalk number on the handle less front door to identify it. First impressions of a cliche drug den werent far off. Curtains didnt fit in bedroom, bed was broken, industrial carpet tiles were stained, drawers didnt close, back gate to car was padlocked without a key, damp, lights were missing/broken/hanging out, no WiFi as advertised, toilet seat broken, etc etc etc. Avoid.

: Situated near The Laines and a 10 minute walk to the Pier.
: This is a dark basement flat and very basic. It is close to bars and restaurants with a bus stop outside which can be noisy with the bedroom being situated at ground level at the front of the property. Im not sure who this would suit because we found the seating uncomfortable and a tv wasnt provided at the property, there is free Wi-fi but no instructions were left as to how to access it. The outside seating area is not nice and needs more work, the apartment was clean but due to the age of the property there are some areas that need repairing and more work. Unfortunately I do not recommend this property if you are looking for a place to relax in.

: The property was very well furnished and had a very nice style. Although next to a busy street it was possible to have a good sleep. WLAN and heating were working very well. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough space for clothes. It was very pleasant not to look after toilet paper, washing up liquid and all the things of daily use - there was plenty in the apartment. The lounge was cosy and beautiful in design and the bathroom had a lot of space. The apartment was very clean and I enjoyed my stay very much. There also were a few restrictions ( see: "What didn't you like?" ) and I would come back.
: Concerning the booking process and the stay - the whole communication was absolutely impersonal and mechanic - none of the many emails showed the name of any business partner by Houst and I also didn't learn the name of the host. As I had to bare my whole personal identity incl. identity card, communication was absolutely unbalanced and sterile. In the apartment itself there is only little space to store food and there was only little kitchen equipment as: "Please have breakfast here and eat out." I missed a sieve, a big bowl for salat, a cake pan, a beater ... etc. ... not good for a longer stay. In the fridge the lower shelves very missing - also a problem for storing food. I found a broken cafetire when arriving and it took a few days and emails for a change.

: location was wonderful. we could walk to cafes, restaurants, groceries, shopping in general. Walking distance to beach and activities. The Royal Pavilion 500 metres away. cooking facilities good. neat and tidy lounge to relax with radio. courtyard for alfresco. bed comfortable and clean sheets.
: Dirty unclean entrance to property. foyer dark and needs painting. Towels for 2 not adequate. toilet seat and flushing handle broken. No tv. courtyard unkept and lots of moss and mildew with uneven pavers making it a health hazard.
