Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 3.60 per hour.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for £50 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The cost of bringing a pet is 75.00 per stay. Please inform the property after making your reservation if you intend to bring a pet. Payment for a non-refundable reservation needs to be processed via an online payment link. Guests will receive an email and text message directly from MyGetaways after booking. Within this email/text will be an option to open a secure payment page which is to be used to process payment for the reservation.
