: The hosts were fantastic in responding to us when reporting concerns. The location of the property is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. It's a 1 minute walk from the Laines, the convinience of a family home with children whilst on holiday is priceless. Fantastic selection of books, lots of choice for the children - they loved it!Lots of extra bedding and towels provided.
: The hot water was intermittent. We are a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). We were unable to use the shower. In saying this the hosts were fantastic, they sent an engineer as and when needed. It was determined the boiler needed a new part, this unfortunately wasn't received during our stay. This was not the hosts fault, but it did disrupt our holiday.More time could be taken to carry out a more thorough clean of the accommodation. The hosts apologised and offered to send the cleaning team back, due to our itinerary and our young children it wasn't practical.There is mould on the upper walls and ceiling of the kitchen. The plastic crockery (for children) is positioned right next to it. We chose not to use it. Mould in the bathroom above the shower (wall and ceiling). A mould wash and a suitable extractor fan is needed in both rooms. An open window is not enough.As said the hosts were fantastic in responding, but they need to have oversight of their cleaning team.Direction should be given on where to dispose of rubbish/ recycling. A neighbour helped us.

: Great location in a busy area. A bit of street noise at night but only to be expected. A lovely little cottage in the Laines area. Very compact but exactly what we needed. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but they had everything there if we were to have a longer stay. Would def book again.
