  : Close enough for us to get to a concert at the Piece Hall. The rooms are lovely. Staff were very helpful. The little baked biscuits in the room on arrival are a nice touch. The evening meals are fantastic. This was our second visit and we will most definitely be coming back.
  : The weather was lovely so we sat outside to eat lunch. It wasn’t overly hot but unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell which seemed to come from the little stream that runs alongside.

  : The location service and food was top class great value for money. Room was large and tea coffe facilities excellent homemade cookies and teapot to have a break on arrival. Food dinner and breakfast suburb. Had everything you could wish for. Definitely recommend the restuarant for evening meals as very talented chef not to be missed. Lots of parking.
  : We sat outside after our evening meal plenty of undercover seating blankets and patio heaters but we're forced inside due to terrible smells from drains or soil waste not pleasant and spoiled what was otherwise a beautiful area to enjoy. Our room was Pink not a pleasant colour and wall to bathroom was peeling. Bathroom had show over a bath would have preferred walk in shower.

  : Clean and comfortable room with outside space. Great shower.lovely homemade cookies in the room on arrival. The staff are really friendly and professional and the food here is outstanding. Had dinner here but standard of food at breakfast was equally good.In a really quiet area but also very close to Halifax. Shibden estate nearby worth a visit.

  : Unfortunately we got the last room which was the petit double. Next time we will book earlier.

  : They have a huge issue with the drains at the restaurant end of the building. The smell is dreadful.
