  : Lovely decor, comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. Towels provided, tea and coffee facilities good.
  : - No heating and had to sleep in clothes. Spoke to staff in shop to inform them earlier in the afternoon so plenty of time to rectify but still not working when I came back on the night. Messages sent to owner but no response at all. - Loud noise from ventilation fan from pub downstairs through the night, always on and loud. - Metal gate always banging downstairs early in morning and late at night. - Sold as soundproofing and free parking. Misleading, there is no parking and is on street only in a small village where parking spots are like a treasure hunt. This should be made clear in description prior to booking not in an email on the day of travel. - Asked to open window when having a shower but the window looks directly at the shower so privacy restricted. Blind doesnt fully cover bathroom window. - No contact from owners at all. Messages sent. Phone call made. Not even an apology or offer of a refund. I had to do it myself. I was being generous and should have asked for a full refund not half. Lesson learned. Wont go back.
