  : I think the apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing and it had very nice heating and the beds were comfortable.
  : A very noisy location in a noighbourhood which is not the best. The cutlery and dishes had stains on them, the bedsheets had hairs on it. The noise isolation is very bad, there is a sign at the entrance which says that noise isolation does not meet requirements becuase it is an old house, but i do not see it mentioned in the listing. The wi-fi connection was below-mediocre, if you need reliable fast internet for work it would be impossible to work from this location. No instructions were provided for checkout so i had to call the owners to gain access to the keybox, i had to wait for someone to pick up which coaused me to be late for work. No hygiene supplies were provided, there were shampoo and soap dispensers but they were empty. No kitchen cleaning supplies as well, which might explain why some of the cuttlery and dishes were not cleaned properly.

  : The fact that they messef up are booking instead of two double rooms there was a double and single room I went to reception and the give me a double room apartment free of charge what was lovely
  : The noise was terrible both nights rude and noisy people staying above us had my son up most of the night plus alot of noise from same people in hall way out side my room

  : The one bed deluxe flat is fine. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well fitted, the living is well sized and everything worked. It is NOT the one in photos, nor is it of a similar standard or feel, except the bathroom.
  : The property is not the one shown in photos and it is not the same level of design to the light, open plan, character flat shown in pictures. It is not an open plan kitchen/living space. There are no pitched ceilings or large skylights. A significant portion of the walls are papered in an extremely oppressive wallpaper that may be to some taste, but is definitely not the easy light feel of the flat in the photos, particularly given it is also boxier rooms with smaller windows. There is mismatched plain pine, IKEA type furniture in the smaller than photos bedroom, the sofa is smaller, there are no full length mirrors int he flat at all. there are blinds instead of curtains which let in more light. We paid extra compared to other properties in the town, to stay in a beautiful character flat like the one pictured, so we felt upset and ripped off to be in a far less nice flat, although nothing was wrong with it. The flat is however fine, IF it’s what you are expecting, as shown in the photos I have uploaded.

  : Were meant to have access from 3pm but didn’t get access code until I called to chase this. Was given a different access code in email to the one confirmed in call. The correct code was the one provided in the call. There was a problem with a noise nuisance but this was dealt with promptly. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable.
