  : Your having a laugh there was nothing open
  : On entering the property we were greeted by an over turned rodent bait box, The property was very damp fusty it was obvious no one had cleaned the property for months it took 2 days to dry the place out .The electrical fuses box keeps tripping when the kettle and fire are on together , i asked a maintenance man i found on the site who does the PAT testing he said he did most of the units but the one we were in the owner had his own electrician ? The advertise washing Machine was in a building across the car park again very dirty water all over the floor 4 to wash the clothes 7 in tumble dryer and still the clothes were still wet . I went to reception it was closed nothing open, no internet in the property if you want to pick up a signal stand in the middle of the car park. i sent complaint emails to the owner no reply i sent a complaint to BOOKING COM and heard nothing (so much for their support ,they take your money then hide when a problem arises.

  : We appreciated the modern decor in the bathroom and the homely touches that the owner had put in to the property. The DVD's that had been put there were an absolute lifesaver! The microwave worked well and there were 2 small fridges in the kitchen The small on-site washing machine was free to use (dryer is 1 for 10 mins) The children enjoyed playing on the swings and in the games room. Being next to the car park was very convenient as there was not far to carry luggage etc The site was generally very quiet and peaceful
  : The villa was extremely damp. We left all the windows and door open wide while we were there and locked open when we went out. Every day the smell of damp was overwhelming. There was supposed to have been a dehumidifier but we could not find it. My husband is asthmatic and the damp triggered several attacks during our stay. He also saw mould in the front bedroom.We had read in reviews that WIFI had been an issue for other guests. We thought that we would utilise our mobile WIFI instead. Due to the location, we were unable to access our mobile signals so we were unable to use the WIFI. In the accommodation notes, it says not to use the on-site WIFI to download or stream from Netflix, YouTube etc as it will crash the system. The TV signal was so bad for the majority of the time that it was unwatchable with bad pixilation and static. We managed to watch occasional news and weather reports.The grill wasn't working in the oven ( we didn't try the oven itself so unsure about that) and there were no markings on the hob to indicate the intensity of the heat. As everything had to be cooked on the hob, it took quite a bit of trial and error and several burnt food items until we were able to use it to cook on.The hotel facilities are mostly not operational and are not available to use. The restaurant is closed, the games courts are overgrown and the nets removed. The pool was open but was very, very cold. One villa owner thought it wasn't heated. Chatting to other holiday home owners who were on-site, they told us that the hotel has not been open for several years and the owner only carries out very minimal maintenance now, it was becoming rather run down.The on-site launderette has also been neglected by the owner and the broken machines gradually removed. When we stayed, there was only 1 working washing machine and 1 dryer.
