  : Hosts were fabulous, access to breakfast room, glassware and dishes. Good location to visit around area. Good pub half a block away. Trish fish and chips was amazing. Convenience store across the street and other dining options minutes walk.
  : Breakfast consisted of store bought chocolate chip muffin, yogurt cup, juice box, aspen granola bar and an orange or once a banana, the same breakfast every morning. Bed was sunken in the middle.

  : We liked that this property was close to Zipworld where you can participate in many awesome activities, was only a short fifteen minute drive to reach it! The price was considerably cheap for such a spacious room. I enjoyed the decor of the long mirror in our room (Mountain View room) & the free parking available was very convenient & hard to come by nowadays for most hotels, so appreciated.
  : More cleaning spot checks, such as dusting of the plug sockets, and bed frame, and in the bathroom dusting of the toilet. More food choices for the ready to go breakfast bag; Maybe a little tick off menu option could be given in advance for guests to choose what they would like to individually pick, and to consider gluten free & allergen guests? The area the hotel is located in is shocking for things to do in the evening as the pubs were all shut down, and there was no decent places to eat out..not the hotels fault, but makes it not so good place, as you could always spend the night instead up the road in a town called Betws y coed, which did have more hotels around and places to eat, all though I have to mention there is a Morrisons mini shop right across the road from this hotel for snacks and also a co op up the road if that suits your taste?

  : Great location, with parking available. Cosy room with everything needed for a comfy stay. Richard was really welcoming and helpful. We arrived in the rain and he was happy for us to hang our wet gear in the dining area to dry and offered to dry any clothes we needed. Plenty of refreshments available in the dining area and in our room. Along with the option to bring takeaways into the dining area and use crockery and cutlery.Richard was happy to offer plenty of information about the location, things to do and places to eat. The location is great for access to all sorts of activities.Great value for money
