  : The first room I had was basic and had a shower issue but to be fair to the management they moved me and apologised so I have re booked for next month.

  : Where do we start. The manager was extremely rude and no people skills whatsoever. General staff looked miserable.We attended a wedding and during the buffet was told that one of the food items was a scotch egg. My partner took a bite of this and realised it was a fish cake as he has an allergy to fish. Luckily it did not cause a reaction. No basic food allergy information was displayed either.Makes us wonder how they have a 5 hygiene rating.The interior of the venue is shabby, poorly finished rooms, dangerous electrical installations and mould around the bath top.£10 for a tasteless heat lamp breakfast which was not replenished enough to make a full serving!

  : Awareness of gluten free requirements were good & very young waiting staff able to answer questions about menu.View from room 16 of grounds & surrounding area was best bit of our stay.
  : Reception staff stayed sitting in centre of room & addressed us from that distance which was not very welcoming. Signage to rooms,bar & restaurant poor. Despite obvious mobility issues no help with bags was even mentioned .Bedrooms were disappointing- it was obvious a large room had been split in two. Bed was a small double with uncomfortable unsupportive mattress. Bathroom was clean but cracks on floor & shelf need attention.

  : I love the location, accomodation set in beautiful grounds and surroundingsMy room was comfortable and spacious and I was met with friendly and cheerful reception staff at all times.

  : Bed was uncomfortable. First morning breakfast was a terrible. The staff taking the order didn't listen. Milk off,no glasses for the juice. No butter for the toast could go on. Needs a bit more organised. The place is stunning. Alot of history around you. Stunning gardens and views. Just a let down by staff but not all. I personally wouldn't stay again. Get taxi home.
