  : Parking is very tight. Showers slow. No heating apart from little storage heater in rooms.
  : Bar only open till 10pm, if closed you have to telephone owner.

  : Owner and daughter friendly and helpful, check in and check out very fast. No fuss Beds comfortable and room was clean
  : Paid 100 for a room that did not had enough ventilation. A small window that opend in the bedroom. No A/C or proper fans in the room. Its states private parking which is very small and narrow and dangerous to drive in and out with a expensive car. But only 6 parking spaces. The most horrible thing is the shower. NO warer pressure at all, stayed her with my daughter who had a swim in the sea and hardley could give her a shower or wash her hair. When I called the owner he came to the room looked in the shower and said this is evrywhere in Blackpool. And he walked out straightaway. What does he mean? People in Blackpool never able to have a proper shower? Its a joke..! Avoid at any cost for this price you got to pay to stay here. And I would like a refund, this room is not more worth then 40

  : The room was clean, beds were comfy.
  : Too many don't signs! Don't do this, don't do that, made it feel like a hostel. Also no heating just a little electric heater, difficult to get the room warm and we were wet through and freezing because of torrential rain.
