  : Nothing at all. There was nothing remotely similar to any of the pictures for this hotel.
  : The bed, the dirtiness, dusty, the whole hotel was well below standard and hygiene standards.The door frame was not secure, The shower outlet was full of hair, and we had to remove this to stop the water over flowing into the bathroom. The shower head was held up on the pole with a coat hanger. The sheets and quilt were from a double bed, and we apparently had a king-size bed, so they never fitted the bed. When we pulled back the quilt, the sheet had far too many creases for a fresh, clean bed.No remote for the television, kettle was so small a bottle of diet coke was bigger. No waste bin for any rubbish. The whole hotel stank of foist and damp and drugs, you couldn't even open the bedroom window. The dirt around the skirting boards was diabolical, and as for mould on the external of the shower tray, well, I think my photos show this to its standard.When complained to the not very inviting reception area and staff, all we got told was that the hotel was fully booked and was having some work done. There was no evidence of any work at all. The whole booking was a bad experience. This should not be on booking.com at all.

  : Dirty, smelly, mouldy, damp no customer service whatsover. Couldn't open bathroom door properly. Sockets did not work, TV did not work (no remote either). Carpet disgusting. Holes in walls. Corridor carpet soaking wet. There are no words to describe how bad this is.

  : corridors were flooded where a room had a leak from the roof didn’t even bother to try n put a bucket or something under, no staff, chicken bones going up the corridor rubbish every where, rooms were dripping in mould, room hadn’t been cleaned. for the price wasn’t expecting wine n done but expected to at least be cleaned.staff were aware of the issues but weren’t bothered.
