  : We had no interaction with the property owner on arrival a young girl had to try book us in and could not get hold of her. Then we had no information regarding cleaning the room or changes of bedding and towels. The room was already dirty and unkempt . After 3 days we asked for clean towels and toilet rolls that we had to buy to another young girl in the restaurant. She said someone would be in later that day to titivate the room? Noone came. The bin was overflowing. We checked out on the 4th day out of 8 and complained to booking.com and sent pictures too. I had various emails ones I could not reply to eventually getting 98 pound back and no reply emails to ask how they got to that figure when we checked out 4: nights early so I have no answer you are very hard to contact. Please get back to me to answer this question. We were there to clear parents home who both passed and did not need this hassle on top so thanks.
