  : The property was spacious and well equipped. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
  : The boiler had a fault while we were there so we had no heating or hot water when we returned from completing our marathon on Saturday. Thankfully one of the two showers was an electric shower so we were able to use this. I contacted the owner who tried to get a plumber but was unsuccessful that night - so it was not fixed before our checkout on Sunday morning.

  : drive way up to property very steep. the exit onto the main fast road is on a bend and difficult to see but there is a mirror.

  : location was up a short path from the main road in Betwys Y Coed. From the picture I had thought it was further out, but useful spot to start walks from Commfortable cottage
  : TV control didn't work - we were going to buy batteries / tell owner but kept forgetting!

  : Very comfortable and in good location.
  : I thought it was a bit expensive for only 4 nights. A little bit dark inside but this was primarily due to the small windows which were due to the nature of the cottage.
