When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 14 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 14 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The Gravel Pit Brasserie and Bar is closed from Sat 31 Dec 2022 until Sat 31 Dec 2022

Please note that although the 1Life leisure facilities are free of charge, the spa facilities including the outdoor Hydrotherapy pool incur an additional charge for a 3 hour session and booking prior to arrival is required

Check-In Information:
On arrival, please proceed to The Waterfront Hotel, Spa & Golf, the receptionist will then advise you of the location of your accommodation.

Children may use the leisure centre indoor pool only during family swim times.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 09:00 weekdays, and 08:00 - 10:00 weekends and bank holidays.

Please note the property does not allow group bookings of more than 9 rooms.

The Waterfront Hotel does not accept third party payments or advance payments within 3 days of arrival.

Access to 1Life Health & Leisure Club is included within your rate & there is no need to pre-book to use the fitness suite. Although access to the 1Life pool, steam room & sauna is included, access at present very limited due to the current restrictions.

Please contact the property within 7 days of your arrival date to check availability if you intend to use these facilities.

Please be advised weekend opening hours are until 4pm on Saturdays and 1pm on Sundays.

If your booking includes dinner, you will have £30 per person allocation to spend on food in the Gravel Pit Brasserie and Bar. Any overspend will be charged on consumption. Does not apply to drinks and no refunds or cash alternatives available.
