Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After booking, a separate email will be sent from Short Term Stays, with a link to the STS Portal. The portal contains host contact details and check-in instructions. If you do not receive this email or have any questions, please contact the property directly.​

All transactions will appear as “Short Term Stays” on a credit card statement for any fees charged by the property.
