  : Location was fantastic, they provided everything you might need. Very cute interiors. Lots of attention to detail for visitors comfort.
  : Someone else had the code and let themselves in to drop off linen the day before we left. (For clarification, door opens to stairs and linen dropped on first landing, living spaces start after 2nd flight of stairs) We were in and got a fright and werent thrilled that we werent told/asked that someone was coming. Also a minor niggle, the bag of linen blocked a very small landing on the stairs.

  : Unable to locate property
  : Think this is possibly a scam we was given directions for the property which we couldn't locate. Then had numerous locals trying to help find the property but was also unable to locate the property. Then we tried to contact the telephone number which was provided there was no answer we left voicemails but didn't manage to hear back from anyone so in the end we had to spend more money on a holiday inn so we had somewhere to sleep for the night in Hope we would hear back the following day from the hosts but didn't hear anything despite trying to call again throughout the following day. Once back home we tried to contact booking.com to ask for a refund as we couldn't locate and stay at the property but booking.com said the hosts have refused to issue a refund despite acknowledging that we didnt stay at the property and denied receiving any telephone calls or voicemails this was very disheartening as the trip was booked for a friend birthday. We have used booking.com many times and have never had a issue.

  : Location was absolutely perfect for our trip, the space was perfect. There was enough seating & space for everyone. Beautiful property. The fridge under the cabinet was a bit annoying especially with seats in front & a bad back but Id absolutely stay here again.
  : The only thing we did not appreciate was somebody entering the property and putting bags of new laundry at the bottom of the stairs after our first night. We not only have small children in the property it was also incredibly inconvenient with people trying to get up and down the stairs. And with pushchairs etc. I found this not only disrespectful but felt uneasy about someone letting themselves in without us knowing. Really disappointed this happened.

  : The lounge was comfortable Bedrooms were excellent including vanity area.Clean and tidy
  : Access door into cafe.Keypad entry was okay but felt insecure as people in cafe talking late on the first night until 11pm.
